Announcement / FAQ: Windows 7 BETA drivers from Lenovo [ Edited ]

Introduction:

Please understand that you are using a beta OS that is currently unsupported on Lenovo hardware.   Given that, you may or may not be able to get eveything working correctly on your Think or Idea system.   Please proceed at your own risk.

Drivers:

Drivers for Windows 7 Beta are currently in development.   As drivers are made available, they will be posted to the following page:

Please understand that there is no set schedule for various driver releases.   Until drivers are released, you may or may not be able to get all of your on-board hardware or docks / ultrabases working on various systems.

In the interim, certain Vista and XP drivers might work so it's worth trying these first.   Drivers for individual systems can be found here:

Software:

As it stands, Lenovo ThinkVantage software is not officially supported under Windows 7 Beta.   Some applications might work on various systems but there is no guarantee that you will have the same functionality as under Vista or XP.   Please understand that some software may not work correctly or may not work at all.
