Close unnecessary processes in task manager [ Edited ]

Hi, 

     I'm using T500 with Windows7. I'd like to close all the unnecessary processes from the task manager. 

     The below 3 screenshots are all the processes running. 

     What all unnecessary processes can be shutdown without affecting the system performance?

I htink you can google for most of those processes.  Start by using msconfig and un-checking processes that you don't want to start-up.
