I just got my Y710 and the first thing I did was install Windows 7 Ultimate (yeah, I like having an MSDN account ). Everything is working perfectly fine... except for the HaloLighting. I've tried to install the app from the included drivers disc (Vista drivers) and I've tried to download the drivers from the support site. In both instances, the app appears to install properly, but when I try to start the app an error prompt pops up directing me to install the HaloLighting drivers. <sigh> I've tried running the app in several different compatibility modes (Vista, Vista SP1/SP2, XP SP3/SP2, etc.), but all result in the same error prompt.
The app worked fine on the laptop when I first got it (when runninng under Vista SP1), so it only started causing issues when I ugraded to Windows 7 Ultimate.
