Internet TV in Windows Media Center

Hi there,

 

I have been trying to set up Internet TV in Windows Media Center but to no avail. I followed all the instructions given by Microsoft but I still cannot get the Guide to show up. I even tried setting up Internet TV in the WMC gadget but it is greyed out. Can anyone offer any advice that hasn't been offered by Microsoft that will help? Thanks in advance. I have a W700 running Windows 7 Ultimate 64.

From what I can figure out, Canadians are not allowed to use internet TV. I would love a solutiuon.
