I'm using the integrated camera of my T400 under Win 7 x64 on an almost daily basis. I had no bigger issues with it under Vista 32. However, under Win 7 (with the latest drivers provided from Lenovo), the story is different.
I've been using different Skype version to test: 4.0.x, 4.1.x, 4.2.x. All behave in the relevant respects similar. This leads me to believe that the issues should rather be attributed to the integrated camera drivers.
Issues:
- Skype is not transmitting in 640x480 resolution anymore.
- Image freezes.
- During the video transmission, the image "goes black".
- Image freezes and video cannot be restarted (the green webcam LED next to the camera is active.) until Win 7 is restarted.
Please provide updated drivers!
