I did a 'clean install' of Win7 Professional 64-bit and have been having problems since I did this. Besides losing things like veriface, my system fully freezes as much as 8 times per work day. These 'hangs' or freezes do not resolve and I have to do a hard reboot in every case. I have spent hours with microsoft tech support tweaking settings and such, but the problem still exists. They suggested I contact Lenovo for help. When I purchased this laptop, I had Vista Business 64-bit installed, and it ran perfectly. I have run Lenovo Update v.4 and I have updated the bios (it seems like the version is 3.6 or something?) at any rate, I would really appreciate some help from someone!! I have no idea where to look.
