After testing, Client Security Solution can't use for Private Folder password/fingerprint protection
Thinkpad provide any software for Folder password protection?

Lenovo does not provide any software for folder encryption.

Windows includes a way to do this, it's called EFS:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/223316

You could also look at freeware programs like TrueCrypt:  http://www.truecrypt.org/
