Veriface for windows 7 on G530 4446-24G

Hi,

I have a 530G (4446-24G).

I got it with a Vista, scratched it totally (indluding partitions) and installed Windows 7 pro.

All works well, I wanted the veriface I had on the vista, in Lenovo site I found only a vista version - it registers my face but does not show on login.

When launching the program it says it has known compatibility issues.

Is there a Windows 7 version or any solution with the vista version of veriface?

I too updated to Windows 7 and wanted to have Veriface on my computer. While I have an Ideapad Y510 I think the way I got it to work will work for you as well.

Veriface version 3.6 is compatible with Windows 7 but only shows up as a download for certain models on the lenovo site. The way I got it was by going to the Ideapad S10 driver download page and downloaded Veriface 3.6 from there. Besides an updated look it works just as it did when I had vista.

If it installs but no picture shows up then make sure that the camera's driver and software are properly installed to make sure its not a problem with your camera instead of veriface.
