Windows 7 Free Upgrade

hi ,

more than 2 weeks ago i requested of Windows 7 upgrade  http://www.lenovo.com/us/en/windows7/index.html?ipromoID=wnb00492&  but when i try to check my order status  on the page  https://ebiz3.mentormediacorp.com/Query/(S(fiigoz554o2ee4555c3cg0ru))/faqs.aspx   here it shows my payment and shipping status as Pending for Payment .. i didnt pay for that yet because there were no link about payment when i was filling the form , i thought they may request payment later but i dont know , i asked some questions about that but they didnt reply me.. i want to know does someone know how it works ? and how can i be sure i will get Windows 7 Upgrade Kit ??
