I bought a laptop, 4446-25g, and installed windows seven. so there are no drivers can't get them... what should I do?

There are some beta drivers available using the link below. I'm currently using several of them without any problems.

I also read someone said that the chinese lenovo website contains some drivers not yet available from the US site, but a bit hard to navigate unless you understand the language.
