Winrar frustrating issue plz help [ Edited ]

hi community 

recently i noticed that whenever i open a rar file with winrar it doesnt open it directly it first extracts it and then open something else if there are other files in that folder idont knw why ,BUT it works ok without problems in safemode .

i un-installed and re-installed it many many times but no solution and its really really annoying so pleaseeeeeeee if anyone can help me ill be thankful .

Why dont you try using 7zip?Its free and supports most of the compression formats
