X201: Windows 7 Professional Help and Support popup eveythime when Windows startup

Dear all,

I've just start to use this X201 in office for a few days.

My OS is Windows 7 Professional 32 bit version.

I've got a problem that the "Help and Support" winodws popup everytime when I login to the Windows.

But there is no option that I can turn it off.

I've already checked for the "startup" folder, and also the msconfig. but nothing related to helppane.exe...

All of my colleagues are using X201 but they did not have this problem.

And I've another Window 7 using at home (installed by myself) but it did not have this problem too.

Although it is not a big problem, it's still annoying to me.

Anyone have experience this before ?

When it opens this time open task manager and see for a service called "Helppane.exe" if its not there then probably a malware
