windows 7 re-installation from factory recovery dvd's

Hi,

we just have our first load of Lenovo T420's in.

We use a SCCM task sequence package for installation of windows xp (our company standard for the moment until further notice) and this task sequence overwrites the harddisk completely (also the recovery partitions).

For testing purposes I want to install one of our T420's with a dual boot: first partition will be windows xp, second partition will be windows 7. However, the factory recovery dvd's  that I got off the Lenovo overwrite the whole harddisk also!

Any idea how to get the factory recovery on the windows 7 partition only without overwriting the whole harddisk?

Also, I would like to be able to extract a windows 7 boot dvd from the factory recovery without having to go through the complete factory recovery dvd burning process...
