Configuring windows 7 sound driver for 3000 N100

Question

I've installed windows 7 OS on my lenovo

everything works fine except for the sound I can't get the proper driver for it

I tried to install the vista driver but it doesn't work every time I try to install it I get the Blue Screen and the system won't startup until I use System Restore

Does anyone have a solve to this problem

I have Realtek High Definition Audio

Download the driver from the below given location 

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-67400

Go to device manger and select the respected device, Sounmax Audio 

Select the option "Have a disk" from update driver and point it to the installtion file
