Question

The ThinkVantage CSS Password Manager can be used to fill in password for forms and applications. How do I set it to lock a particular folder in the drive?

Answer

Lenovo does not provide any software for folder encryption.

Windows includes a way to do this, it's called EFS:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/223316

You could also look at freeware programs like TrueCrypt:  http://www.truecrypt.org/
