Blue screen after partition set-up aborted midway

Symptoms

I was trying to parition my drive to setup Windows 8 developer preview, but it was taking a while to parition so I exited the setup and I got the blue screen. Is there a way to fix this on CMD?

Diagnosis

Your drive configuration needs resetting.

Solution

Use Diskpart to clean your disk and try installing the new program in  "Unallocated Space."
