Drivers missing for Windows 8 Consumer review

Hi all,

I've just installed Windows 8 consumer review for testing on Lenovo Thinkpad SL400, but there are 2 missing drivers, I guess they are SM Bios driver. ATK hot key driver fails after installation

The uninstall driver is of Power Manager

Once the software become available for Windows 8 then you can download and install the software.

@tanujhanda : Thanks a lot for your help, I have installed all driver successfully. Missing drivers are Thinkpad SM device for SL series and UMbus Enumurator. See attached pictures

Any dates on that? I'm really missing the power manager tool! Other than that, I'm currently rather satisfied with W8.

I'm not sure what device you're on, Jotolli, but I was able to get power manager to work in Windows 8 on the X220T. Are you making sure to manually install the driver for it first, and then the PM, then reboot after both are on?

I too am missing several drivers according to Device Manager.

On my X220, I performed a clean install of Win 8 and used only the stock drivers. Any ideas as to what's missing.

When Windows 8 is released by Microsoft.  If you choose to run pre-release operating systems software, you need to be patient.

The Base System Device refers to the Ricoh Multi Card Reader Driver Driver.  The Win 7 version works just fine in Win 8 on my T420. Go here to get it:  http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS014960
