Create recovery disk for T61 with Vista Business

I have T61 with Vista Business. How can I create a recovery disk? since my hard disk is showing problems and want to do it before the disk is damaged totally.

You can go to the thinkvantage tools and select the option to create product recovery disks,depending on the size it might be 2 or 3 DVDs
