Emm=ram in XP-pro config.nt not providing expanded memory..

Question

  Keep getting "Memory allocation error.  Cannot start COMMAND, exiting" and mem /c shows no expanded memory. 

Answer

T61 needed network ROM disabled in BIOS to provide space for EMS pageframe which DOS program Info Select needed.

Disabling internal network ROM is all that is needed to be done
