I have just written this quick post to address the aforementioned issue and to post more information about it.
It is an Outlook issue only. Your computer and programs have nothing to do with it. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue, but Microsoft has refused to provide a solution! This is despite the fact that this “bug” could ultimately destroy one’s PST file permanently.

Some Microsoft support agents have tried to blame this issue on conflicts with Think Vantage software, but that is just not the case.
