System update does not work after updating Intel Graphic drivers -- 3000 N100

Question

I reinstalled Windows XP and I am using Lenovo's system update to update the Intel® 945GM Express Chipset Family driver ( ver 6.14.10.4543 ) and after updating it, the Hotkey Fn +F5 does not work any more.
