flash player games are jittery [ Edited ]

i have a t30 ibm laptop with 2 gig pentium 4 and 1gig of ram. the ati mobility radeon 7500 has up to date drivers from lenovo. flash,shochwave, java, directx, and IE are all as updated as they can be. i've been told be 2 techs that it must be the video driver, since flash games are so small. but i got so fed up, i even reinstalled xp from scratch, updated everything, and went straight to www.nickjr.com and it still was playing jittery. www.hulu.com does the same thing. this is driving me nuts. Please, any help is welcome.

your GPU and CPU is bit outdated for most of the flash softwares that you want to use it for.

ty. that was my origional assumption, but after a friend said flash should play fine and i just needed correct drivers, i figured i'd at least ask.

2 tips to make flash videos work better (not sure about the games, I don't play'em) 1) Use a smaller resolution (like 800x600) while watching the clips/movies. 2) Firefox has a addon called Low Quality Flash, Use it along with the lower resolution tip and the jumpiness in flash will be way less.
