Hi,
I have a strange problem with my thinkpad T410 laptop. If i restart my laptop, usb drives wont work. Everytime i reboot, i have to login to safe mode, uninstall the drivers, reboot and login to normal mode to use USB ports. is there any fix for this? FYI, i have Wwin xp sp3 installed on my laptop.
Thanks,
Sridhar

Hi,
You USB drivers are corrupted download the USB drivers with the model # of laptop from vendor site, and re-install it. If it does'nt work the try sol#3 from this

start-->control panel-->system and security-->device manager-->expand the universal serial bus controllers-->right click and uninstall all of the USB root hubs-->restart-->they will reinstall on restart, and search for attached hardware.
