looking Network drivers for ibm T41 2373Q21

I am trying to get the drivers for ibm t41 2373Q21.  (North bridge : Intel i855PM Revision A3, South bridge: intel 82801DB (ICH4-M) Revision A3).  I tried install the drivers from the lenovo website and it's not working. Can somebody help?

I see the appropriate drivers in the matrix.  What happens when you try to install them?  What operating system are you running?
