My X201 tablet stopped connecting to the internet via a bluetooth connection with a Blackberry Bold. The bluetooth connection works, but I get as far as:
Bluetooth Phone and Operations Settings
"Use your phone ([]) to connect to the Internet" Connect
Connect BluetoothConnection window pops up
In the "Dial" box it says "*99***4#" (I have no idea where this number came from or what it should be, if this is not correct).
I click "Dial"
It says "opening port"
Dialing
Veryfying username and password
Registering your computer on the network
then I get an error:
Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated. Redial or Close.
My blackberry carrier says they can't help me troubleshoot this. Lenovo also says it is not a problem they can help with. So, I appeal to this great community of users for assistance!
