Nope, I tried it just to be sure, but it's no good.
I showed it to someone who does LCD research at the University of Akron, and she says it's probably a misalignment in one of the layers in the LCD. Unfortunately, it passed the diagnostic tests they gave it, and as Lenovo says, it doesn't impact the functionality of the system (at least in the sense that it doesn't keep it from running).

I am also facing same problem i.e. Yellowish screen. I think this is hardware issue. Has any one got answer from Lenovo on it? What was the resolution....

Have you tried to change the "color profile" in the advanced display settings?
This fixes the yellow tint to the MS Image Viewer.

Hi Thanks for your message. IBM Service center people have tried everything and done colour calibration several time but still they are not able to resolve the issue. They have sent some data back to factory and asking to run some software for hald half an hour and after that they will take final decision on it.
