I have the same problem with my X200 Tablet, after upgrading to newest graphics driver,
with Vista Business. For me a restart solves the problem, costs me minutes.
Can one downgrade to previous version of the graphics driver?
Thanks

For sure you can restart the tablet but for me it's not an option. I need to get the device to be ready to use as fast as possible. It's just pretty annoying to have to replug the ac adaptor every time you resume from sleep or hibernation to get a clear screen without artifacts.

I completely agree. I have to give presentations every day.
Between this display driver problem and frequent failure to detect
external projector unless restart, I regret buying Lenovo for this
purpose.

I have the same problem as well. Disabling Aero fixes the problem for most programs, but it still happens in programs like Photoshop.
There's another thread along with photos here:

C'mon intel/lenovo/MS, fix it!

go into BIOS and disable the Intel VT-d. Problem resolves immediately

Hello, I've a problem with my x200t
It works, but it has one usb port that does not work and another, stranger, issue.
If I connect the power supply during the sleep, resuming windows, the situation is the following, that looks like a problem to the video card (or motherboard)

Should I send my pc to lenovo (I'm italian, bought in germany, covered by international warranty)?
Thank you

Hi.
I don't know about the usb port but the issue with your display is a driver problem. I have the same problem with x200t display as you. Here you can read about it http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/X-Series-Tablet-ThinkP
Disabling Intel VT and VT-d features doesn't help and also uninstalling the drivers doesn't help and makes the display unusable because it rotates continuosly by itself after restart.
So I think the only way to resolve the display problem is to wait for an driver update and hope that Lenovo is aware of this problem.
