Lenovo x201 Laptops. Is there anyway to disable those wireless toggle buttons on the left side?

I'm the network admin at a pediatric office, the doctors here have Lenovo tablet laptops. They are constantly in and out of rooms seeing children. Almost everyday one of the doctors accidently turns off the wireless with that annoying little wifi toggle switch, then they have to turn it back on and wait for it to sync. This is a pain when they are actually in with patients.

Is there anyway short of ripping the buttons off the side of the case I can disable those buttons?

you can't disable those buttons, as it is hard wired to the motherboard to act as a low level kill switch for radio devices.
