Linking ThinkVantage button to "Launching Recovery Utility"

I bought a Lenovo X220 tablet, and after configuring it exactly the way I wanted to, I bought a second Lenovo X220 tablet and cloned the first to the second. The cloning worked except for one thing: the blue ThinkVantage button works differently. One the first unit, clicking on the ThinkVantage button briefly displays "Launching the Recovery Utility" and then brings up the "System Recovery Options" window.

On the second tablet, clicking on the ThinkVantage button brings up the "Launching the Startup Interrupt Menu".

How do I modify the second tablet to make it bring up the "System Recovery Options"?

Thanks!

Optional Information:
Computer OS: Windows 7
Browser: Firefox

Already Tried:
Different methods of cloning from source to target; review of BIOS settings.

Re: Linking ThinkVantage button to "Launching Recovery Utility"

Hi sfjacobs748 and welcome to the Community,

On the first machine, go into Control Panel, Administrative, Computer Management,  storage, Disc Management and see how many partitions there are.

Go to the same place on the second machine and compare them.

It sounds like the recovery partition didn't get cloned to the second machine.  See if all the partitions on the first machine are formatted the same way.

You might want to burn a set of recovery discs before you do anything else, just in case.
