Media card reader drivers

Where can I find the media card reader drivers? I couldn't find them on the Lenovo support site.

I have an X200 tablet, CTO7448.

Are there no drivers...? I would be very surprised.

Which operating system and version are you using, and what isn't working?

Windows 7, and the media card reader isn't working.

What are the symptoms? What happens when you plug in a card? Do you see yellow exclamations in the device manager?

I don't have an X200 here, but on my ThinkPads the media card drivers were installed automatically by Windows 7. Have you run Windows Update?

I have run Windows update, and nothing happens when I plug in a media card. It's the 3-in-1 version without the modem.
