Multitouch not working properly in Windows XP [ Edited ]

I just got my x201t. I do like it but have a small trouble with the OS system and the multi-touch function. I am using windows XP instead of the default win7. I wish to keep the XP but it seems that when I use fungers on the screen while I am surfing on the net, it could only adjust the fond size  but not to scroll up or down of pages. Is there any solution? Is this because of the version of my OS?

Windows XP doesn't have tablet support, only Windows XP tablet PC edition (2005) has, which one of these OSes are you using?
