PC-12600 only running at 800MHz on X201 tablet

Hi

 

Just upgraded my ram from the standard 2GB PC-10666 that came with my pad to 2x4GB PC-12600. Everything is working just fine, but according to cpu-z they are only running at 800MHz... Can i get higher speeds from them?

It's an i5 520UM, so I guess it's only running a fsb at 800MHz, so the ram is limited to this speed also?

 

Can timings be changed? The bios is quite limited, as you surely know...
