I'm not sure why n one responded to you yet but if you are talking about the recovery disks that will get your laptop back to what it was when Lenovo shipped it you will need to contact the customer service number and they can get those sent to you.
If you are wanting recovery disks for Vista (maybe you want to do a clean install) then there is a web page on Microsofts website where you can order the disks and pay just the shipping.
