Will my system be able to make full use of these two SSD drives?

I'm not a computer expert and need to know whether my ThinkStation S20 will be able to make full use of the following two SSD drives:

- Intel SSDSC2MH250A2K5 510 Series SSD 250GB
- OCZ Technology VTX3-25SAT3-240G Vertex 3

I have looked at the detailed system report created by the ThinkVantage Toolbox, but can't find any information on SATA.

Could somebody more knowledgable than me please take a look at my specs and tell me whether my system can make full use of the said drives?
