Windows 7 on x200 Tablet: Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be found on this computer

I'm trying to configure our x200 tablets for use with Windows 7 and bitlocker.  However, after installing windows 7, I keep running into a problem where windows doesn't see the TPM.  It is enabled and active in BIOS.  

 

Device manager doesn't show the security devices category, nor are any devices in an error status or unidentified.  

 

I've got to be missing something incredibly simple here, as I have one tablet that it is working on.  (Set up a couple of months back, so I don't know what I did differently)
