X200 Tablet, SSD and trim

I have a X200 tablet with the original 64GB Samsung SSD-drive (MMCRE64G8MPP-0VAL1). I have upgraded the ssd firmware to the newest  VAM0DL1Q, but still the machine slows down after few weeks use and only secure erase restores it back to speed.

I'm using Win7 Ultimate x64 and supports trim, but does this ssd support it? If not where can I get a firmware which supports or should the drive be replaced?
