Hello,
I have a Thinkpad X200 Tablet running windows 7. When I trun it on it takes about 20-30 mins to boot up. After booting up it work just fine no problems at all. So, I want to know what is causing this problem, is it a hrdware issue of a software issue.
Thanks in advance,

This may not be your issue, but there is a documented problem with the X200T of a "slow boot" (60-90 sec) when started with the lid closed (external monitor/keyboard attached). The problem was recently resolved with a bios update (3.14-1.06). However, the delay was not 20-30 mins. Until the bios were updated, the work-around was to open the lid, which kick-started the boot process. Suggest checking to ensure you have most current bios/drivers.
