X201 tablet Ultranav driver 15.0.24.0 hangs

I updated my new x201 tablet's drivers using the ThinkVantage System Update where it updated a few different items. One of which was the Ultranav driver from 15.0.18 to 15.0.24.0. After this, the touchpad mouse would hang and be unresponsive. The red button mouse will still function.

Has anyone experienced this?

Yes. i have the same issue. For no reason the touchpad would become unresponsive. Nothing will fix this unless you restart. The red mouse still functions fine.

Let me know if you find a fix for this.

I downloaded the 15.0.18 driver and installed that instead. It works again, although the Lenovo Install tracker still thinks I have 15.0.24 even though I've uninstalled from Control Panel.
