X220 touchpad problem

I've had an X220t since July, and irratically, the touchpad will stop working/work irregularly/skip around. I realized today that this happens whenever I am using the computer, and plug into an AC source. Once I unplug, the touchpad works regularly again, once I plug it back in, the touchpad again works irratically. Anyone else?

There are many reports of this problem with the 90 w slim adaptor. I have this problem. The 65 w adaptor does not have this problem.
