I have the Ultimate-N 6300 AGN 3x3 Antenna and don't have that problem at all. Even in tabletmode i still have 4/5 WLAN bars while my cells (iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy Nexus have 0)

So which cards and ANTENNA setups do you have?
