X60 CPU upgrade

Hi. I'm looking to upgrade the CPU which core duo T2400 with a core 2 duo T5600 on the intel mobile 945GM chipset

I can't seem to find out from the Internet whether the CPU is easy to change. I think I read somewhere that it is soldered on to the board. It says it's a socket on the intel website.

Has anybody done this or know any info about it please share
I haven't taken it all apart to check because it's not worth it if it is soldered as that sounds hard

Is the CPU soldered or socketed also?

It's soldered on there.
