X61 colors incorrect

I recently sent my X61T in for repairs. I shipped it out and it was only gone for one day--the entire thing was painless. However, I notice now that the colors on the screen (which was replaced) seem off. It seems like no big deal, but now colors in a project I've been working on seem messed up, and there's no guarantee that any graphic design I do will look the same on other computers.

 

I tried messing with Windows 7's color management, but accomplished nothing. Is there some other way to adjust the colors? Should I call it in?
