X61t Not Recognizing Some Ultrabase Hardware After Re-Image

Hello all - I recently re-imaged (Acronis) my wife's x61t (having major issues with Vista SP1). I performed the re-image and update of it while undocked. Everything went smoothly. After getting everything back up to date (image was from a year ago), I docked it. Oddly enough, Vista does not want to recognize some of the Ultrabase's hardware (2 COM Ports, and 2 Unidentified devices). The NIC on the Ultrabase is working fine, but the side USB port is not (have a webcam connected to it currently).

I have tried to allow the New Hardware Wizard search for drivers on Windows Update as well as the local disk, but it doesn't seem to find any.

The Hardware IDs of each are:

COM1 = ACPI\PNP0400
COM2 = ACPI\PNP0501
Unknown Device 1 = ACPI\IBM0079
Unknown Device 2 = USB\VID_17EF&PID_1000&REV_0001

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using a Thinkpad X60 1707W71 and an Ultrabase x6. Yes, I have unknown device #2 on Windows 7 Ultimate X32. I have the most recent 2.19 BIOS, and couldn't find anything on Lenovo's entire website in the way of a download for the Ultrabase X6. In fact, searching for my ultrabase's part number "42W3014" returns nothing.
