power outages

I have a very particular problem. I have a new battery and a new power cord. When my LCD screen falls too far open my computer just turns off and cannot be turned back on until I take the cord out and the battery out. Then put the battery back in followed by the cord. Then it usually turns on. Once in awhile this process results in the computer cord light and battery light go on but it once again all goes black and gets no power. However, if I repeat the process again it will eventually return to normal function. It also goes black and completely loses power if I don't completely close it down., just close it.

Re: power outages

I think you would require warranty service on this one.

You can try to fix yourself, or get post warranty warranty service from Lenovo, and use warranty to deal with this problem.

have a look at the link for the post warranty warranty service.
