problem with Lenovo support

Cut and paste works only intermittently in tablet configuration.

When the computer is not set up as a tablet, I can cut and paste with no problem using the right mouse.  Using the pen on the tablet, it works only intermittently.

This is a real annoyance.  I do not know if it is the software or the hardware.  When I called in the Lenovo support, they cannot or will not help me figure out the problem.

Can you select the area that you want to cut? or once you select the area that you want to cut you do not get the "option tab" to come up?

Is the pen still tracking, etc when this happens?

What OS?

I am running xp.  I get the tab that says I have the option to copy, but the paste still is intermittent.
