removing some lenovo software in x100e

I would like to remove some of the software that lenovo puts into the X100e.  I have the x100e and it came with Windows 7 Pro and I am sure that Windows has features that can do the same thing that the Lenovo software does.  Anyway I would be much obliged if you would mention the preloaded software that you have gotten rid of without having to reload windows itself.
