x220 tablet CPU occasionally get madly warm and fan runs in a crazy speed

I've noticed that my thinkpad x220 occasionally get very warm. It seems that the CPU is suddenly starts to increasingly be hot then at response the system fan starts to work faster and faster. The air coming out of fan is so hot and the fan speed becoming faster and faster and if I didn't shut down it fast, it seems that the system will be burn. This happens time by time. I didn't realized what triggers it. I am not sure. It seems that the Power Manager or BIOS has a bug. Or may be there is a virus. I would be glad to hear if anybody else had this experience. Thanks.

I need to share with you that issue is related with CPU fan, I would suggest you to please update the Bios of your Notebook from the below mentioned web link.

After this, please restart the Notebook and check if the issue resolved.
