I've noticed that my thinkpad x220 occasionally get very warm. It seems that the CPU is suddenly starts to increasingly be hot then at response the system fan starts to work faster and faster. The air coming out of fan is so hot and the fan speed becoming faster and faster and if I didn't shut down it fast, it seems that the system will be burn. This happens time by time. I didn't realized what triggers it. I am not sure. It seems that the Power Manager or BIOS has a bug. Or may be there is a virus. I would be glad to hear if anybody else had this experience. Thanks.
