x41t. . the fingerprint sensor can not be found. how come!

the fingerprint sensor can not be found. how come? i used it before.

I re-installed my x41t, i set up the fingerprint software. But until now, it let me know can't find the sensor device.

Am puzzled. what o do?

I got my X201 last Thursday and had the same issue.  Tech support told me to do a Google search on MIGR-70656.  Once I clicked on the link I had to find the Thumbprint driver and reinstall it.  I have not had a problem with the Thumbprint reader since.  I have had to download several drivers including the video driver.  That link should have all the drivers for the X Series Tablets...hope that helps
