x60t vista right-click tap not working

Running x60t vista with windows and thinkvantage updates. Pen is a x41 pen with two buttons. Everything works except right-click button tap. The eraser button works. A circle appears when the right click button is held down but the click doesn't register with that button tap. I've also checked the box to use the button for right click.

 

Update: Tested working on ubuntu live boot so that rules out hardware issues.

 

I've uninstalled the wacom driver and restarted. Windows automatically reinstalled it, problem persists.

Problem solved.

 

Do not uninstall the windows driver.

 

Download the latest wacom driver "Wacom Penabled Driver Driver 7.01-8 (RC) for Penabled Tablet PCs" from http://global.wacom.com/tabletpc/driver.cfm?CFID=1020719&CFTOKEN=84765903 .
