Only a few X61 Tablet with XGA - display have a "Multitouch" display. Multitouch can be used if the multitouch driver under Vista or Windows 7 has been installed. All other models only work with the pen.
Input your laptop data here and check, whether "Multitouch" is mentioned on the result page.
Bluetooth:
Check in BIOS under Security - I/O Port Acess whether Bluetooth is enabled there.
After that press FnF5 exactly one time (nothing visible happens then) and end BIOS with F10 - yes. If the backlight turns off, turn off computer wait a little bit and turn it on again. The Bluetooth LED should turn on after a few seconds while booting then.
Buttons:
For the tablet buttons the Tablet Button Driver is needed:

Looks like a hardware problem. You'll need to check the display cable.

I replace it with 2 differents cables (same fru and previously used) and it's the same result ![]()

Very strange.
Are the fuses on the system board well?
You'll find them near the printed "Fxx" on the board itself.
Similar to the X60-fuses: http://translate.google.de/translate?sl=de&tl=en&j

Your pictures have a too low resolution.
If you follow my link above to the thinkwiki.de - page click the pictures on that page for a higher resolution.
You'll find the fuses marked there. On the system board next to the fuses you will find the fuse's "name" called "Fxx" ("xx" is a number) f.ex. "F1", F8"...
You'll need to search the fuses with a magnifier on your system board (top side) and measure the resistance between both silvered ends of the fuse.
The fuses for the display are near the display connector.
